What is the cost of shipping?
We provide free shipping with a minimum purchase of IDR 500,000 within JABODETABEK (with service from Ninja Xpress). 

Purchases below IDR 500,000 or outside JABODETABEK is stated below:

  • Within JABODETABEK area at IDR 9,000 (purchase below IDR 500,000)
  • Outside JABODETABEK area starting at IDR 11,000  

Shipment with other services (e.g. JNE & SAP) will be calculated at the checkout page.

For delivery outside Indonesia, you might be charged for shipping cost with custom duty & tax depending on the country. Please reach out to our Customer Service for further details.

Where does Bobobobo ship to?
Bobobobo currently ships worldwide. Please reach out to our Customer Service if your country is not available at checkout. 

How long does it take for my orders to deliver?

For shipment across Indonesia, we partner with Ninja Xpress, JNE & SAP to deliver your order. Please see the shipment details below for items from Bobo Tokyo & Carlyn

  • Within JABODETABEK (1 - 3 business days)
  • Outside JABODETABEK (2 - 6 business days)

All items (excluding Bobo Tokyo and Carlyn), it will take 5-15 business days to complete the order delivery (depending on your exact shipping address). All items (except Bobo Tokyo and Carlyn) are delivered from US and Hong Kong, delay might incur during peak and holiday season.

For all international shipment, we partner with DHL and processing time will take additional 5-10 business days (depending on your exact shipping address). 

Please note orders may be subject to duties and taxes billed by the destination country's customs. The order’s recipient must bear any additional charges for customs clearance; as we have no control over such charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Estimated delivery times are determined by the number of business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) from the day your order is placed. These are estimated delivery times only and might vary for each destination. 

Please ensure all information regarding your delivery address is correct during order checkout to smoothen the delivery process. Missing and/or incorrect information might cause delay in delivery. We might reach out to you if there is any incorrect and/or missing information. 

Delay in delivery may also occur due to pending payment verification, customs clearance, weather conditions, reduction of air cargo capacity and city lock-down measures imposed by the local government.

How do I track my packages?
After placing an order, you will receive a payment confirmation email from us containing all the details of your purchase. Once your package is shipped the tracking number will be emailed to you.
