What if I make orders on weekends & public holidays?

Bobobobo is not sending orders during weekends and national holidays. We will process your orders in the following business days.

What payment method Bobo Tokyo accepts?

We accept Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard and JBC), Bank Transfer & Go-Pay.

How much time I have to finish my payment?

You need to complete payment not later than 1 x 6 hours.

Can i cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible.

Please note that order cancellation are not always possible If your order has already been prepared.

SHIPPING POLICY

What is the cost of shipping?

We providefree shipping across Indonesia. For delivery outside Indonesia, customers might be charged for shipping cost plus duty & tax depending on the location.

Where does Bobobobo ship to?

Bobobobo currently ships worldwide.

The delivery cost will be charged to Customers based on the final destination of the order which will be reflected during the checkout process. For international delivery, customers might be charged for duty & tax.

How long does it take for my orders to deliver?

For Indonesia shipping, we deliver by SICEPAT and takes 5-15 working days to deliver depending on location.

All products are delivered from US and Hong Kong, delay might incur during peak and holiday season.

For outside Indonesia shipping, we deliver by DHL and processing time will take additional 5-10 working days depending on location. Please note orders may be subject to duties and taxes billed by the destination country customs department so the recipient must bear any additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over such charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Estimated delivery times are determined by the number of working days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) from the day your order is placed. These are estimated delivery times only and are not guaranteed.

Please ensure all information is correct when providing your shipping information during checkout. We may be required to contact you if there is any incorrect and/or missing information, which may cause delays in shipping your order. Delays may also occur due to pending payment verification, customs clearance, weather conditions, reduction of air cargo capacity and city lock-down measures imposed by local government.

No shipment on Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday.

How do I track my packages?

After placing an order, you will receive an payment confirmation email from us containing all the details of your purchase. Once your package is shipped the tracking number will be emailed to you.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is Bobobobo's exchange/return policy?

Exchanged or returned item must comply with our policy:

  • Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
  • Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.
  • When trying on footwear, please do not mark the soles or damage the shoe box.
  • Return applicable for 1 time only

    Non-exchanged & returned items include:
  • Intimates
  • Jewelry or Fine Jewelry
  • Pre-order items
  • Sale items and other items as stated in product page
  • Special Promo (Promo Code), Terms & Conditions according to promo's policy
  • Item purchased above 10 Mio

Returns and exchanges are applicable for orders shipped to Indonesia and other countries, 5 days starting from the delivered date of the merchandise or otherwise stated in the Product Page.

Any exchanges or replacement for International orders might be charged for extra delivery fee, depends on the shipment location.

If merchandise is found defective or faulty during receipt, please notify us within 2 days and it can be replaced with no charge and full reimbursement of your shipping cost.

Some items cannot be returned due to sale program, special agreements with merchants or sanitary reasons.

How do I exchange/return an item I purchased?

Our Customer Service Team will gladly help you with your exchanges/returns.

You have 5 days to send your products to us. For product with value more than IDR 1,000,000, please return using express shipping and courier insurance.

Once we receive the merchandise, we will perform an inspection. If your product passes the return check, you will receive a confirmation email. We will exchange or refund your product accordingly within 5 working days.
